we offer one types of shipping: Standard Shipping (5-10 business days). When you placed your order, we will provide you a tracking number, where you can check all the information regarding your order.

➜ Do you offer guarantee on your products?
If you ever received a wrong/damaged item, you can always request a resend/refund from us. Though we're confident in the quality of our product through testing it on many cats and a lot of them approved it, but we do not provide refund if the reason of the refund is your cat(s) doesn't like our products. Each cats have their unique personalities and it's out of our control if your cat chose to like or not like our products. Hope you'll understand!
